For girls who need help to bun your hair, you can bun your hair between 8.30 - 9.30.
For sec1s, if your uniform don't really fit, you can bring your zwinds tee, sch bottom, white socks and shoes to change after performance. for non-performers:

Bottle mineral water : $0.50Instructions for drinks stall:1. People in
bold are the leader of the group. One group consists of 3-4 people.
2. People in
bold, leaders, will be in charge of collecting the money from selling the drinks.
The money will be put in one container.
Leaders will appoint one person to be the one constantly checking the 2 coolers which we are going to have.
Instructions for drinks mobile(people walking around to sell):
1. People in underlined are to collect the money, while the other person give the drinks.
2. You’ll be getting the drinks from the respective 2 stalls.
3. Pair 1 to 2, will get from drinks stall 1, pair 3-5, will get from drinks stall 2.
4. There will be a basket for you to put your drinks. Do not take ice or water with you, just take the drinks. Take both bottles and cans with you.
5. IMPORTANT: If you have not enough change, one person, the leader, go run to the nearest stall and get the change. The other person: tell the customers politely “we are very sorry, we don’t have enough change. can you kindly wait for a second while we get the change for you.”, (chat with them in the process, up to you what you want to say, but be POLITE) , if you are somewhere near the band booth, then bring them to the booth, so they will not be so bored and standing over there waiting for the change.
6. IMPORTANT: we are only walking on the first floor.

We are going to have a game at the booth from 11.30 - 12, and 4 - 4.30. For this game, we will play a solo piece to the audience, and they will have to guess what instrument is used for this solo. The hosts for the games are stated above, so pls stay at the booth duing this 2 time slots. For every timeslot, 2 pairs will mend the booth while the remaining pairs walk around to give doorgifts. you all can take turns changing.
As the M&M performers need to get ready by 1230, so from 12 - 3 onwards, the seniors and non-performers will be helping out. hence, if possible, for the ppl on duty during this time, take a short break and help out for booth if you had finished your duty for drinks cause we're lack of people. similarily for the rest, if you had finish your duty, go have a short rest and come back to help out for either drink stalls or booth :)
Lunch break for M&M performers will be 12 noon. For seniors and non-performers, you all can have the freedom to eat your lunch anytime you want, haha! but make sure that the booths are being looked after.
